- GRP has one of the largest piping fabrication shops in the mid-west. Our main shop is 30,000 sq. ft. with automated cutting and welding equipment to speed piping fabrication to market. We also have a separate facility for "clean" fabrication.
- GRP has in house full time P3e scheduling software operator. We believe P3e better balances and reports on our organizational resources relative to the customer's critical path. This allows for enhanced program management
- GRP utilizes automatic welding machines for approximately 90% of our shop welds to enhance speed and quality.
- GRP utilizes an automatic pipe delivery and cutting process to enhance speed and quality.
- GRP has in house ability to utilize state of the art orbital welders for welding food grade and "clean" process.
- In house pipe bending and notching equipment for better flow characteristics and labor savings.
- GRP maintains one full time individual for Quality Control. He comes nationally recommended in the industrial market.
- GRP houses the training facility for the local pipe fitters union.
