Project Description: GRP installs Heating and Air-condition Systems to improve the learning environment for the children. This fast pace work brought the much needed A/C to 3 of the 5 schools in less than 45 working days. GRP used an innovative design and installation method saving the district hundreds of thousands of dollars by not disturbing any of the asbestos in the schools.

Carrollton School Unit District #1 - New Addition and Renovation of HVAC system

Project Description: This project consisted of a HVAC retrofit solution of existing 1962 addition, as well as designing and installing new control and HVAC system for the new 2004 addition.

Midwest Metal Coatings, LLC

Project Description: This project entailed all aspects of piping which included: all site utilities (fire, water, domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm piping), process and building steam and condensate piping systems, plant gas system, plant compressed air system, waste water treatment piping, all hydraulic systems piping, plant and office HVAC, and plumbing systems. Some of the equipment GRP installed on this project was a 500 horsepower boiler and a forty ton waste heat recovery boiler.

Project Description: This project was a joint venture, design and build project that included extensive piping and equipment installation. Some of the equipment that we installed was a 10,000 gallon cooling tower, a 15,000 horsepower air compressor, chillers, heat exchangers, pumps, all instrumentation, etc. GRP was also responsible for all small and large bore pipe fabrication, which included managing two twelve hour shifts during the length of the project.

Project Description: This was a design and build project that included all HVAC for the new riverboat casino for Argosy Gaming which will be located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The project consists of 1400 tons of chiller water (4 - 350 ton chillers), 38 AHU's with chill water and electric heat, pumps, etc. River water acts as the condenser water thru special bulkhead penetrations in the vessel.

S.I.U. - Edwardsville

Project Description: This was a plan and spec project that included the installation of a Trane two stage 1100 ton absorption chiller, pumps, etc. This is the only two stage absorption chiller located in the metro area.
